Super happy with my time at Gong Cha today! I was pleasantly surprised they had the Felix cup holders, and I'm so glad I was able to pick one up. It's so cute! For my drink (from the Felix's Pick menu) I got the taro milk tea with matcha foam and it was incredible. I've had taro milk tea several times before, but not from Gong Cha. Now I can say this is my favorite! I loved the richness and the intense flavor of the drink, and the earthy matcha foam paired really well with the taro flavor. I also got a vanilla egg waffle filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. Do I even need to say more?? The waffle was also freshly made, so it was nice and warm. 10/10! The store was also very clean and had a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The employees were also both very kind and helpful! :) I definitely will come back again, thank you Gong Cha! 💙

Drinks were the best boba tea drinks I have had yet. Was a little disappointed there was no felix merch and they do not have the cardboard stand either. But staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious

I’d give this place 5 stars. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is clean…including the bathroom. I ordered from their happy hour menu and got the Black Milk Tea (70% ice, 70% sugar), and it was really good. I like that the boba pearls are already included…some places charge extra for that, so it’s a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.

decent drinks and food that, quite frankly, you can find at any other boba place doesn’t mean you’re going to succeed or maintain repeat customers if the service is subpar at best. i used to decently enjoy this place but each time i’ve decided to take a trip here rather than any other of my favorite spots pushes me farther and farther away from gongcha. this time, which will be the last time i visit, it was the simplest of mishaps. i order 2 drinks and a bubble waffle, given there was an option on the kiosk menu for ice cream as an add on, i got that as well. my order comes out, there’s no ice cream, should be no problem right? stuff happens all the time and i work in these types of businesses my whole life, so i get it. i go to ask about if i could get a scoop as the whole shift of ladies are huddled in a group on their phones, looking at me as if i had just interrupted their precious alone time. so i see the looks they’re giving me and ask “oh is there none available?” and one responds with “no the menu shouldve never given you that option” and decides the situation has been dealt with. i tell her okay thank you, step back, and see if i can resolve the situation as the customer a

⭐️⭐️ Review: Let me start with zero human interaction — check-out is kiosk only and completely in English (I get it, we’re in America). Chinese based/Chinese themed. 欢迎 No napkins available anywhere; every dispenser in the dining area was empty. Cleanliness maybe a 4 out of 10. Overall, not the best experience — definitely not recommended.
